Jordans

Michael Jordan has gone from the biggest basketball star in the world to one of the biggest brand name clothing and shoe lines.  Everybody in America at some point has seen Jordan's jump man logo.  The logo is very recognize able and original.  Jordan shoes have now expanded to football and are even made in baseball shoes.  Though the most known is the basketball shoes that Michael Jordan has branded into the American culture.  The shoes are always very pricey but yet their customers are still willing to pay high rates.  As long as people are willing to pay over $100 for a pair of shoes, the Jordan line will always thrive.  Here are just a few of Jordan shoes.

D Rose 3.0

Adidas just recently released it's most recent pro basketball shoe, the D Rose 3.0.  These shoes are supposed to be the lightest basketball shoes on the market.  The shoe will cost over $100 and mainly just because the fact that they have Derrick Rose's name on them.  These shoes are the latest technology in Adidas footwear though Derrick Rose will no be on the court until about 1/3 of the way through the season due to an ACL tear last year.  The only thing I know that the 3.0's must be improved on is how strong they are.  I have witnessed the 2.5;s break within weeks of being bought.  If these shoes are made stronger they should be a great hit.

How to Tie a shoe

Every morning every person in America has some final tasks to do before they leave their homes for their jobs, school, or some type of activity.  These tasks range from putting on clothes to locking up the house.  The final step I take when leaving my place of residence is to put on my shoes.  The first step in putting on a shoe is to put your foot into the inside of the shoe.  Then once your foot is in the shoe one must tie the shoe.  I can guarantee majority of Americans can tie a shoe, but can everyone remember where they learned to tie a shoe and how?  This remembrance is less common, but tying a shoe is like riding a bike, once it's learned it's simple.  Once the foot is in the shoe then pull the shoe laces tight and try to make them even lengths.  Then once the laces are tight it gets a little tricky.  There are two ways to proceed from here the first would be bunny ears and the second would be cris cross.  I personally prefer the cris cross so that is why will be taught.  First grasp each lace firmly and cross them one time as if tying a string.  Then once they are crossed make one into a bunny ear and wrap the free lace around the base of the bunny ear.  Once it is wrapped around, pull the free lace through the hole that has been made from wrapping the bunny ear.  As you pull the lace out it will begin to make a second bunny ear.  Make sure to only pull the second bunny ear as big as the first so the entire lace doesn't slip through causing the shoe tier to have to restart.  Once these simple steps are completed all that must be done is pull the two bunny ears tight and the shoe is tied.

Kobe IV

Shoes are a great thing that have evolved greatly over the span of human life.  One type of shoe in particular that I enjoy wearing and looking at is basketball shoes.  My favorite pair of shoes that I have ever possessed would have to be the Kobe IV.

These shoes I enjoyed because of various reasons.  To begin with I like the look of these shoes a lot, also they were comfortable and durable.  I bought this pair of shoes for my junior basketball season in high school and to this day I still own them.  They may not look as good as this picture but they are still function able.  Soon they will be trash and just a memory, but out with the old and in with the new, as a new pair of shoes will suffice and hopefully make my feet as happy as they were while embraced in the Kobe IV.
